DIY Probate

We are happy to offer a fixed price fee of £499 + VAT to apply for and obtain on your behalf a grant of probate, or letters of administration for any estate of total value less than £312,000. This is provided that you supply us with the will of the deceased or details of the deceased’s next of kin and full details of the valuation of the assets of the estate.

We will complete our probate and estate valuation documents and we will forward the grant to you.

You are then free to complete the administration of the estate yourself with no further payment to make.
